By downloading or using PDFPress ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. License

PDFPress grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

PDFPress offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime in-app purchase for Premium access:

• PDFPress Premium – Yearly: Billed annually at the price displayed in the App Store. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• PDFPress Premium – Lifetime: A one-time purchase for permanent Premium access.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PDFPress to process, distribute, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFPress and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
